Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Beholden Blooms website and services operated by Beholden Blooms LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), a New York limited liability company. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Beholden Blooms is a flower delivery scheduling service. You provide recipient information and occasion dates; we coordinate with local florist partners to arrange and deliver fresh flowers on or near those dates automatically.

We are a technology and logistics platform. We do not grow, arrange, or physically deliver flowers ourselves. All arrangements are fulfilled by independent, third-party florist partners.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Authentication is handled via one-time email codes — there are no passwords. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. One account per person, please.

4. Orders & Delivery

Once you schedule an occasion, we auto-generate a delivery for that date. Approximately one week before each delivery, we send you an approval email with the arrangement details and card message. If you take no action, the default arrangement ships automatically.

Delivery dates are approximate. We work with local florists who may adjust delivery timing based on availability, weather, or logistics. We aim for on-time delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery windows.

We deliver to street addresses within the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the U.S. at this time.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed at the time of scheduling and vary by bouquet tier (Petite, Signature, or Atelier). You are charged approximately five days before each scheduled delivery. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include delivery fees.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future deliveries with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect deliveries already confirmed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel any upcoming delivery from your dashboard at any time before payment is processed (typically 5 days before the delivery date). Cancelled deliveries are not charged.

If you are unsatisfied with a delivered arrangement, contact us at hello@beholden-blooms.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement or credit on a case-by-case basis.

You may close your account at any time. Any deliveries already paid for will still be fulfilled unless you cancel them individually before the delivery date.

7. AI-Generated Card Messages

We offer optional AI-generated card messages as a convenience. These messages are suggestions — you can edit or replace them before a delivery ships. We are not responsible for the tone or content of AI-generated text that you approve for delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

The Beholden Blooms name, logo, brand mark, website design, and original content are the property of Beholden Blooms LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our branding or content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beholden Blooms coordinates flower delivery through third-party florists. While we vet our partners and monitor quality, we cannot guarantee the exact appearance of every arrangement. Natural flowers vary by season, region, and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beholden Blooms LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific delivery in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
